In February 1959, Jinan No.1 Machinery Testing Plant, Shandong Paper-making Plant and Zhoucun Machinery Testing Plant officially merged to establish the Shandong Light Industry Machinery Plant (the former of Shandong Sanjin), which was under Shandong Light Industry Department.

In August 1964, the first C-type feeder of China passed the cold and hot commissioning with all indicators could meet the design requirements. The machinery bureau of the Ministry of Light Industry approved the scaled production of the feeder, which was the starting point of the production of glass machineries of Course company.

In 1967, the first QD4 IS bottle making machine of China was made by our plant, ending the fact that China could not make its own IS bottle making machine independently.
